How To Resign From Your Exec Position During The Academic Year

If you decide to step down from your exec position during the year, for whatever reason, then you will need to notify the other exec members of your intention to step down and agree with the other exec when this will be effective from. Once you have done this, you will also need to notify the ASK Team so that we can update the group’s contact information and access permissions.


Once you step down, you will need to make sure to handover any documents / equipment / assets etc that you might have that belong to the group, along with any log-in details to any systems / social media pages etc that are part of the role too, so these can be handed over to the next person that takes up that position.
