To sign up for Sports and Activities Fair or Freshers Fair tickets, please visit https://durhamsu.native.fm/.
We encourage you to purchase this in advance as entry is in restricted timeslots to improve the flow of attendees and your experience. You will need to purchase a separate ticket for each date if you are attending both days.
STUDENT GROUP STALLS
First, you will need to log your interest with the appropriate method for you student group affiliation area - e.g. Team Durham groups should contact the Team Durham President, Theatre groups should contact Durham Student Theatre etc.
Please note, we unfortunately cannot accept any College groups due to them having limits on student access and also for capacity constraints of the event.
SU student groups can sign up to hold a stall at Freshers via the re-registration form. We do not accept SU group Freshers Fair sign ups without a completed registration form. You can access the form here if you have not yet completed this: Registration Form 2024/25.
If you have previously selected 'No' to attending Freshers Fair but have since changed your mind, please get in touch with us (submit a ticket) to add you to the waiting list.
To claim your Stallholder entry tickets for either Sports and Activities Fair or Freshers Fair, please visit https://durhamsu.native.fm/. You may only purchase this ticket if you have had confirmation that your group / company are holding a stall at the fair and the date you need to purchase a ticket for. Stallholder tickets are located underneath the timed entry slot tickets for attendees.
UNIVERSITY SERVICES STALLS
To enquire about availability to hold a stall at the Sports and Activities Fair or Freshers Fair, please email ask@durhamsu.com with your query. One of our ASK Coordinators or ASK Assistants will get back to you.
EXTERNAL COMPANY STALLS
To enquire about availability to hold a stall at the Sports and Activities Fair or Freshers Fair, any external organisations are handled by our partners, Native.
You would be more than welcome to submit a request to Native to have a pop up stall at our Freshers events. You can submit a request on our page at: https://www.durhamsu.com/advertise-with-us.
If you are a student group but not affiliated with any area of the university, you will be classed as an external company.
