Balls are one of the costliest events that groups will run during the year, so before you make any firm arrangements, we advise that you get in touch with the ASK Team and we’ll chat to you in more detail about the event, (especially around budgeting for the event, to make sure it is financially viable to run, before any arrangements are confirmed).

We’ll also want to see a budget breakdown for the event so we can make sure the finances are all sound, so make sure to complete this template first!
REMEMBER
The ASK Team also needs to sign all contracts with external venues so please make sure your group does not sign these, and pass these to our team to check and sign.
