What Is The Konnekt365 app And What Can We Use It For?

Konnekt365 app allows members to make expense claims for any payments that they have made on behalf of the group, and it allows exec members to approve/reject these expense claims for payment. 

 

The app also allows the group to pay external suppliers and send out invoices to receive payment. 


All members of the group that have purchased a membership via the SU website, and have created an Konnekt365 app account using their Durham email, will automatically have access to the group on the app. Exec members with SU Web Dashboard access also gain admin access to be able to view and approve expenses, and to view your group statement so you can keep track of money that is coming in and going out of your account. 

 

If you are on the exec and don’t have admin access then please get in touch with us so that we can check you have an active membership and the permissions you need to gain the admin access.
