Our finance team process payments on a weekly basis. Providing that all the necessary information is provided, they will be processed, and money paid into accounts by Friday of the same week.
Deadline you need to be aware of:
- Expenses submitted via the Konnekt365 app need to authorised by the exec by midnight on Monday.
Any forms received after these deadlines will not be processed until the following week, so if you need to make a payment by a particular date, please make sure to submit the forms by the deadline.
For example:
A member submitted an expense request on Konnekt 365 on Wednesday 19th June 2024 and are asking when they will get paid. The exec authorised the payment on the app the same evening it was submitted. The next deadline is midnight on Monday, so it will be approved by the finance team on Tuesday 25th June 2024, and payment will be made that Friday 28th June 2024.
If there are any discrepancies with the information provided you will be contacted but this is likely to delay any payments.
If an exec member is making a reimbursement claim then another member of the exec will need to approve the payment, exec members can’t sign their own payments off.
Please note: UK Bank Holidays may affect payment dates. Where a Bank Holiday fall on a Friday, this may affect the payment date from the bank. Payments will also be affected over the Christmas period - finance form dates deadlines for this period are normally communicated by our Student Group Exec Update email and Facebook group.
