Any money that your group spends must meet the aims and objectives of the group as set out in your student group constitution (please see this article if you’re not sure what your constitution is), so please make sure all spending is in line with the purpose of your group.
Money spent from your group account must also benefit all members, for example, an event that all members are eligible to attend. Therefore, this means that student group money cannot be spent on exec only activities.
