The Energy Savings Trust is a charity that provides advice and support on all things energy-related, including how to make your home more energy efficient: https://energysavingtrust.org.uk/energy-at-home/

This free helpline is staffed by specialist energy advisors who can provide support and advice to consumers about anything related to their energy supply, including what to do if you’re off supply, how to complain to your supplier or negotiate a payment plan.
